Shipping

What are the delivery charges?
We provide free shipping on all UK orders. UK shipping is via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery. International Orders are charged per order at a flat rate of £10.Express postage is available via ParcelForce 24 hour service for a fee of £5.50.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
If your order is placed before 3pm Monday- Friday it will be dispatched on the same day. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Royal Mail or Courier tracking information will also be provided.
How long will delivery take?
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched you can expect it to arrive with 1- 3 days. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. For deliveries outside of the UK please allow 5 -7 days for delivery. Please note we must allow 15 working days before we can class your item as lost.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Should your order not arrive within the estimated time and you have received conformation that it was dispatched please check the following: 1) With any neighbours. 2) With any other resident at your property that might have the parcel but hasn't told you yet. 3) In any possible, safe places, that a driver might have left the parcel in. 4) That you have enquired at your local Royal Mail delivery office. 5) Re-confirm your delivery address so we can verify this is where it was sent. For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure, in case this differs to the UK.
What happens if I am not at home to accept delivery?
The majority of our items are too big to fit through a standard letterbox. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted you should receive a Royal Mail or Courier 'Something for you' card saying you missed an item being delivered. Please follow the instruction on the card to retrieve you parcel. For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure, in case this differs to the UK.
Do you Deliver on Bank Holidays?
Bank Holidays are not classed as working day so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.
 

Payments

How can I pay for my order?
At present PayPal is the fastest and most secure payment method to pay for your order. Soon we will be providing further payments options.
When will payment be taken for my order?
Payment will be taken when you place your order. We will then endeavour to get your item posted out to you on the very same day.
 

Returns

How do I return an item?

We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us, so if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to report an item that is unworn, still has its tags intact and in a resalable condition to us for Return, within 30 days of it being dispatched to you.

Holiday Returns (1 November to 31st December) Extended holiday return period is offered till 31st January if ordered between 1st November to 31st December.

To arrange a return, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why.

You will need to pack the item securely and include a brief cover note stating:

  • Your Order ID
  • Name, Address and contact details
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for return
  • Whether you would like a refund or a replacement

Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.

When Can't I return an item for exchange or refund?

In following circumstances we cannot exchange or refund your payment

  • If the item has been worn
  • If the item has labels missing
  • If your returns period has expired
When will I receive my exchange or refund?
We will process your exchange or refund as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse.
